Placements24 is seeking an experienced Specialized Vehicle Operator to support our logistics operations in Upington, Northern Cape. You will operate rugged vehicles, perform pre-trip checks, and ensure safe loading and delivery of goods to remote sites.

The role requires a valid driver's license with PDP, off-road driving experience, GPS navigation skills, and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating specialized vehicles in off-road or remote environments.
• Valid driver's license with PDP (Professional Driver's Permit).
• Proven ability to perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized vehicles (e.g., 4x4 trucks) for deliveries in remote areas.
• Transport goods and equipment to challenging locations.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure safe loading and securing of cargo.
• Navigate difficult terrain with caution.
• Maintain travel, delivery, and vehicle logs.
