Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader in Charlotte, NC to manage fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects. You will lead hardware design, software programming, installation coordination and commissioning while balancing customer satisfaction with project financials.

You will drive change orders, coordinate with customers, manage materials and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards and Johnson Controls guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school completion.
• Associates degree or technical certs in electronics/computers preferred.
• Experience with installation, service and programming of security systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects on-site.
• Manage costs, billings and collections to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams across project lifecycle.
