Job summary

The University of Kansas, through RedTire in the KU School of Business, seeks a student analyst intern to support financial analysis and valuation modeling for real-world business transitions.

You will extrapolate data, perform valuations, and assist with market research while gaining live cases and internship credit. On-site at Capitol Federal Hall, compensation starts at $10.25 per hour during training, with increases for returning semesters.

Qualifications

• Must be a business undergraduate with finance or accounting focus or MACC/MBA with finance.
• Completion or concurrent enrollment in FIN 310 or FIN 311.

Responsibilities

• Extrapolate raw financial data into RedTire models.
• Perform business valuation analyses using established models and procedures.
• Help with industry, location, and market research/risk initiatives.
• Other ad-hoc financial and modeling analysis duties as required.
