Job summary

RedTire is a KU School of Business venture providing real-world valuation and transition experience for student analysts. You will work on live cases, analyze financials, and support the RedTire Director to deliver professional consulting for transitioning businesses to new ownership.

The on-site role at Capitol Federal Hall starts at $10.25 per hour during training and offers increasing wages for returning semesters based on performance.

Qualifications

• Undergrad business student with finance or accounting track OR MACC/MBA with finance.
• Completion or concurrent enrollment in FIN 310 or FIN 311.

Responsibilities

• Extrapolate raw financial data into RedTire models (35%).
• Perform business valuation analyses using established models (25%).
• Help with industry, location, and market research/risk initiatives (15%).
• Other ad-hoc financial and modeling analysis duties as required (15%).
• Assist with day-to-day administration and sourcing leads (10%).
