NCR Voyix in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, repair, and maintain customer equipment at client sites. You will work with retail and restaurant systems, diagnose issues, and provide on-site and remote support as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as field technician providing on-site service for NCR Voyix customers.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on hardware and software components.
• Travel to client sites and communicate effectively with customers.
