Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service electromechanical systems for retail clients in the La Crosse area. The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

A company vehicle is provided and medical insurance is available from day one. Ideal candidates have basic PC/electronic skills, are comfortable with heavy lifting, and can handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Local candidate within geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• PC/basic electronics skills and hardware familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel and multiple daily driving hours.
• Rotating/weekend shifts and flexible start times.
• Carrying up to 75 lbs, up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
