Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customer sites in the Vermont region. The role involves installing, debugging, and maintaining hardware and software, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery.

You will work with diagnostic tools, perform component repairs, and train customers on our installed systems. A valid driver’s license and related driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant field services experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software on customer premises.
• Performs minor repairs, routine preventive maintenance and installations.
• Configures and installs applicable software and documents service activity.
• Trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Escalates issues per established procedures and tracks KPI measures.
• Maintains paperwork and coordinates with customers to ensure satisfaction.
