Job summary

Opifex-Synergy Pump Division in Tampa, FL is seeking a Field Technician to lead on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing of de-watering and liquid transfer equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform inspections, and provide hands-on service during field visits and dispatches.

You must have extensive knowledge of diesel engines, proven field service experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair technical equipment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Proven field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment to ensure proper working conditions on the job site or in the shop.
• Performs routine equipment cleanup and inspections with safety reviews and pre-delivery checks.
• Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and adjusts heavy equipment and completes paperwork.
• Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Operate vehicles safely and follow field procedures.
