Job summary

Opifex-Synergy's Pump division is hiring a Service Technician to manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of heavy equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform field work, and produce service reports while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Applicants should bring extensive diesel engine knowledge, be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment, and have their own tools. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedules are required for travel to job sites and training.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company field procedures and protocols.
