Job summary

Opifex-Synergy's Pump division is seeking a Service Technician to lead on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of our de-watering and fluid transfer equipment. You will diagnose technical issues, prepare comprehensive service reports, and support customers during field visits and dispatches.

The role requires extensive diesel equipment knowledge, own tools, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for travel and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors or technical problems on-site and determine proper solutions.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Operate and maintain safety protocols on job sites.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure quality equipment and customer satisfaction.
