Job summary

Opifex-Synergy is seeking a Field Technician to handle on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of our de-watering and fluid transfer equipment. You will support customers during field visits and dispatches, ensuring high-quality service and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires extensive knowledge of diesel engines, proven field service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to multiple job sites and collaboration with the technical team are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Experience providing field service and customer support.
• Commitment to safety and quality on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment to ensure proper operation on site or in shop.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks; complete documentation.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Provide timely service reports and coordinate with Service Manager.
