Responsibilities

• Attends and actively participates in pre-construction meetings with customers, sales, operations management, and QC to ensure appropriate mix and performance.
• Participates with large jobs to ensure quality delivery and placement.
• Effectively addresses customer concerns/complaints.
• Maintains records and writes reports regarding jobsite issues, driver performance, and product problems.
• Trains with sales, QC, and operation personnel to become knowledgeable regarding technical updates and industry standards.
