Job summary

WCTractor is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service hay equipment across Bryan, TX. You will handle on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering excellent customer service in dynamic farm environments.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, producing detailed reports, and advising customers on equipment choices. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 55 lbs are required, with pre-employment drug screening and a DOT physical expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred technical certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record essential.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Experience in field service or mechanical repair is desirable.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and withstand outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.
• Manage diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Produce detailed service reports in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.
