Job summary

Black Cliffs Equipment seeks an experienced hay technician to repair balers, swathers and related hay equipment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, both in-shop and on-site at customer locations.

The technician will troubleshoot and repair equipment, use diagnostic tools and maintain service reports, while upholding safety standards and contributing to the team’s growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years' hay equipment repair experience is required.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools to complete repairs.
• Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and repair a variety of ag hay equipment.
• Repair equipment in shop, field or at customer location.
• Maintain service reports and paperwork using a computer.
