Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems.
• Demonstrated history of customer service excellence.
• Effective oral and written communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs Cavco products, performs on-site post-installation repair, calibration, and maintenance as needed.
• Reviews work orders, manuals, blueprints, and diagrams to determine tasks and required tools.
• Confirms installation site meets electrical and safety specifications with customer representative.
• Tests electrical components and replaces faulty parts using appropriate tools.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance according to guidelines and schedules.
• Ensures Cavco products meet defined specifications.
• May train customers in equipment operation.
• May repair faulty printed circuit boards.
• May be on-call for emergency repairs after hours.
• Ability to travel as required.
