Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support West Nebraska operations. You will perform installations, maintenance, and service calls for electromechanical retail equipment in an assigned territory.

Candidates should be prepared for rotating shifts, travel, and a driver’s license with a satisfactory record. Company vehicle provided; medical insurance starts immediately, and 401K is available.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Willing to travel and rotate weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
