Cambria is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve as a brand ambassador in a customer-facing role. You will evaluate, document, and service Cambria during on-site visits while maintaining tools and promoting safety.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, a background in customer service, and the ability to read blueprints and measurements. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year field service or trade experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass MV background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service during on-site visits.
• Evaluate Cambria and perform service work as needed.
• Document and communicate on-site findings with the Regional Product Representative.
• Operate basic power tools and maintain tools and assets.
• Travel locally and overnight as required, using a company vehicle when provided.
• Promote Cambria safety standards and company policies.
