Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Field Service Technician to represent the company in customer-facing situations in Omaha, NE. You will interact professionally with customers, assess needs, and perform on-site service and repairs of Cambria products.

The role requires strong communication, color perception, and the ability to read blueprints and measurements. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are essential; a branded vehicle or mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in field service or trade role preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Cambria customers.
• Evaluate on-site visits and perform service work as needed.
• Document and communicate on-site findings with the Regional Product Representative.
• Operate basic power tools while performing service work.
• Maintain tools and assets in good working condition.
• Represent the company while driving and maintaining the company vehicle.
• Promote and adhere to Cambria's safety standards.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management.
