Job summary

GLORY Field Service is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the Grand Island, NE area. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and communicate progress to clients.

This role requires travel to customer sites and adherence to safety standards. You will work full-time on a field-based schedule, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office and email.
• Able to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• 3–5 years of field service repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Manage parts and tools for service calls.
• Inform customers of progress during maintenance.
• Install hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety and EH&S policies.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
