Motion is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform on-site service and maintenance for hydraulic systems, installations, diagnostics and repairs at client sites in the Lafferty, OH area. The role includes 24/7 on-call support and regional responsibility to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

• Technical degree required with 3–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and operate shop equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service for new and existing clients, including diagnostics, repair, installation and upgrades.
• Diagnose problems, assess severity, document findings and decide repair vs. replacement.
• Provide technical support and training to customers; lead small projects as needed.
