Azenta Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Engineer on-site at West Point, PA. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing complex life sciences equipment at customer sites, ensuring uptime and service quality.

The ideal candidate has an AS degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of related work, and strong electrical/mechanical fundamentals, with excellent English communication and problem-solving skills. Travel and passport readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• AS degree or technical certificate; equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience or military technical training.
• Strong Electrical & Mechanical background.
• Excellent English communication; interface effectively with customers.
• Strong systematic troubleshooting skills with structured problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Install, modify, repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Interface with customers to ensure SLA and satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment per policies.
• Attain Equipment Service and Operation Certification on equipment and systems.
• Submit Service and Status Reports for all activities.
• Provide weekly system performance summaries and root-cause analyses.
• Assist with sample migration when required.
