Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, modify and repair equipment at customer sites, following policies.
• Interface with customers to ensure SLA and satisfaction.
• Submit reports on support activities and maintain documentation.
• Travel to customer sites; perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
