You will interface with customers to ensure SLA compliance and uphold safety protocols while following established policies and reporting on service activity.

The role requires an AS degree or technical certificate, 5+ years of related experience, strong electrical and mechanical skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate required.
• 5+ years related work experience or military technical training.
• Strong electrical and mechanical background.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Background check via third-party agency.

Responsabilités

• Install, modify, repair, and maintain Azenta equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Interface with customers to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per policies.
• Submit service and status reports for all activities.
• Assist with sample migration and data reporting as needed.
