Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Interface with customers to ensure contract SLA and satisfaction levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per policy.
• Submit service and status reports for all activities.
• Handle priority changes, escalations, and administrative duties.
• Provide weekly system performance summaries and root cause analysis.
• Assist with sample migration from old to new format.
