Job summary

Spencer Ogden seeks a Project Coordinator to support a large field-based project. You will work with the Project Manager, supervisors, vendors, and field teams to keep materials, tooling, inventory, and project documentation organized.

Responsibilities include tracking parts, maintaining inventory records, organizing tools, documenting materials, and managing SAP transactions. Must be on-site and capable of coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, construction, field operations, logistics, or inventory.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced field environment.
• Wind, renewable energy, construction, or field-service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track parts from ordering through receiving and distribution.
• Maintain inventory records, serial numbers, and parts trackers.
• Receive, organize, and track tools and equipment.
• Document incoming materials, including photos and condition.
• Manage SAP transactions, purchase orders, work orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams on materials and equipment.
• Monitor shortages, inventory levels, and project needs.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to project leadership.
