Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a Field Support Coordinator to manage parts, materials, tooling, inventory and site logistics for large-scale renewable energy projects. The role is 100% on-site, requiring close collaboration with project management, field supervisors, technicians, vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate will balance hands-on field logistics with administrative and ERP responsibilities, with experience in construction or energy environments and proficiency in SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in field support, project coordination, materials coordination, inventory, logistics or procurement.
• Experience in construction, renewable energy, or oil & gas project environments preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering, receiving, tracking, distribution and reconciliation of project parts and materials.
• Verify incoming shipments, quantities, documentation and component condition.
• Maintain detailed receiving records with photos of major components and damage/discrepancies.
• Process goods receipts, inventory updates and as-built information in SAP.
• Maintain accurate parts and inventory trackers including serial numbers.
