Job summary

Pacific Office Automation Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an On-site Field Network Technician to join our local service team. You will install, troubleshoot, and optimize network connectivity and security for diverse client environments.

The role requires hands-on Windows Server and desktop experience, strong communication, and the ability to guide customers through discovery and decision-making. Local travel to client sites is expected, and you will document findings clearly.

On-site Field Network Technician, Denver, CO

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Knowledge of network connectivity, network security and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Good understanding of Windows server environments and common operating systems.
• Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical, some non‑technical).
• Ability to lead clients through the discovery phase (asking the right questions).
• Ability to travel locally to different clients.
• Ability to communicate through phone, email and written documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous network field experience.
