Job summary

SRM is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support day-to-day field operations on active construction sites in the Greater Seattle area. You will work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate trades, track progress, and keep documentation organized, ensuring work aligns with plans and schedules.

This hands-on, field-focused role requires 2+ years in field construction, strong coordination across trades, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a field construction role.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades with superintendents or foremen.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors across trades.
• Track materials, deliveries, and staging to prevent delays.
• Monitor schedule, quality, and productivity on site.
• Maintain field records and daily logs in Procore.
