Hensel Phelps is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Superintendent in frontline field management on our projects. The role centers on field layout, quality, safety, and coordination with trade partners.

You will perform surveying, check concrete forms, analyze production trends, and help ensure schedules and costs stay on track. The position is on-site and typically leads toward future office engineering roles.

Aufgaben

• Project layout (surveying) in conformance with design and contract documents
• Check concrete forms for accuracy and adequacy of construction, including all embedded items, before placement of concrete
• Perform production trend analysis for quantities of work in place and report for the weekly and monthly schedule and cost control reports
• Assist with quality control, site safety initiatives and coordination of trade partners as delegated by the project superintendent
• May include directing a small work force to gain supervisory experience
