Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of engineering or construction experience.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Valid driver1s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops work plans and work schedules for production.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew (pipe, excavation, site cleanup, painting, maintenance).
• Interprets contract plans and specifications.
• Documents projects through diary entries, photos, video, inspections, and reports.
• Tracks quantities of work and input into billing."
• Assists in negotiating, pricing, and purchasing of parts, materials, and labor.
• Supports safety initiatives and Home Safe Tonight program.
