22nd Century Technologies Inc. is seeking a Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing Engineer to provide on-site design review support for federal facilities. You will review drawings, specs, and calculations, and coordinate with disciplines to ensure code compliance and design integrity.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with government standards (UFCs, MIL-STDs, UFGS). On-site work for a 12-month project is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience as Mechanical Engineer.
• Familiar with UFCs, MIL-STDs, UFGS government requirements.
• Knowledge of building mechanical codes and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure project compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Create and maintain schedules for small to mid-size projects.
• Review HVAC and plumbing deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, clients, and contractors.
• Understand construction phase services including submittals and RFIs.
• Present to large groups including clients, peers, and end users.
