Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related Mechanical Engineer experience.
• Experience with federal government requirements (UFCs, MIL-STDs, UFGS) preferred.
• Strong HVAC and plumbing design capability for industrial, commercial, central plants, boilers, and chillers.
• Knowledge of building mechanical codes is required.
• Experience with Building Controls Systems Design/Building Automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review HVAC and plumbing deliverables for accuracy, clarity, coordination, and code compliance.
• Create and maintain project schedules for small to mid-size projects.
• Coordinate actively with other disciplines, clients, and contractors.
• Understand construction phase services and review submittals and RFI responses.
• Present to clients, peers, contractors, and end users.
