Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in agriculture, agribusiness, risk management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of farm operations and agricultural risks.
• 3–5 years in farm insurance underwriting, agricultural operations, loss control or property inspections.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site inspections of farm and rural properties to evaluate risk and recommend underwriting actions.
• Lead and support underwriters and agents on farm exposures and operations.
• Perform reunderwriting risk assessments and collaborate on complex farm risks.
• Prepare inspection reports and evaluate insured values and property condition.
