Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Large Property loss control or related environment.
• Certifications such as CFPS, CSP, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong hazard identification skills with property focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed on-site inspections of commercial accounts to evaluate property risk exposures and controls.
• Assess exposures related to fire protection, CAT, crime, and liability risks.
• Prepare comprehensive survey reports with diagrams, photos, and risk improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to support pricing decisions.
• Communicate hazards and exposures to clients with practical risk reduction solutions.
• Travel within territory and perform follow-ups on recommendations.
• Review building plans for compliance with NFPA and FM guidelines.
