Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on first and second shifts.
• Become a subject matter expert in core programs through observation and OJT.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize training effectiveness.
• Schedule and coordinate training activities, classes, and events.
• Connect training content to job responsibilities and ensure competency development.
• Maintain training records with high accuracy and complete admin tasks.
