Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Project/Program Manager to support the startup of a new manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA. You will lead strategic customer programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help establish processes, systems, and the framework needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities include managing large-scale programs, acting as the customer liaison, and guiding process development, readiness, and onboarding for a new facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong PM and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale customer programs from planning through execution and production.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Support launch of a new manufacturing facility including process development and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain and logistics.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones for on-time delivery.
• Drive new product introductions and lifecycle activities from concept to production.
