Nestlé Purina in Batavia Township, OH is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support payroll, vendor setup, payables, and inventory-related processes on site at the new Williamsburg Township factory.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and finance teams, perform period-end close activities, and use UKG/Kronos, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office to ensure accurate financial record keeping and timely payments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of payroll, accounts payable, inventory or administrative support in a manufacturing or related environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all payroll functions and related analysis, including review of hires, terminations, salary changes, time tracking, deductions and bonuses.
• Reconcile general ledger journal entries each pay period and analyze payroll processing variances.
• Coordinate timekeeping with team leads for quick resolution.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with invoices and accounts payable.
• Verify accuracy of purchase orders to ensure proper inventory levels and payments.
• Assist in organizing team meetings, reconcile travel expenses, and provide clerical and customer support to the on-site store.
• Perform period-end activities including accruals, PO tracking, reporting, and other close-out tasks.
• Utilize UKG/Kronos, Microsoft Office, and ERP software for daily accounting functions.
