Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join the on-site team at our Williamsburg Township factory near Cincinnati. You will collaborate with manufacturing and finance to support payroll processing, master data setups, vendor setups and payments, and related payables activities.

You will identify and resolve payroll errors, assist with production costing, and support period-end close using UKG/Kronos and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, accounts payable, inventory or administrative support in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to reconcile payroll and GL entries and analyze variances.
• Familiarity with timekeeping and vendor setup processes.

Responsibilities

• Process all payroll-related functions and analyses including hires, terminations, changes, and deductions.
• Reconcile general ledger journal entries and monitor payroll variances.
• Coordinate timekeeping with team leads for quick and accurate resolution.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and accounts payable discrepancies.
• Verify purchase orders and ensure inventory levels and payments are correct.
• Support period-end activities and close processes using ERP systems.
