Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Accounting Coordinator in Bloomfield Township, OH to oversee the company store and daily accounting operations. You’ll manage inventory, process invoices, and support month-end closings while maintaining proper records and tax documents.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of related experience in retail, accounting, clerical, or inventory. Compensation ranges from $39,821.40 to $59,121.00 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience in retail, accounting, clerical or inventory, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of inventory, stocking, sanitation, and organization of the company store.
• Assist with reconciliations, processing of invoices, accounts payable, and monthly closing tasks.
• Compile monthly financial statements for company store cost center and file all tax related documents when required.
• Create purchase requisitions for plant expenses.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
