Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Program Analyst to manage complex facility management initiatives across the organization. You will guide senior leadership on financial and administrative policy, coordinate with multiple offices, and ensure compliance with funding and control procedures.

You will develop analyses, conduct studies, and support policy updates while training overseas posts on FAC funds and resources. A strong background in office analytics and program management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with six+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying qualitative/quantitative methods to assess and improve effectiveness.
• Knowledge of financial laws, policies, regulations, and programs.
• Ability to analyze facts, draw conclusions, and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the Office Director and Division Chiefs on financial, management, and administrative goals.
• Oversee support services and align with guidance and procedures across offices.
• Train posts on OBO/FAC funds usage and resource acquisition; resolve issues for posts.
