• Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations.
• Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
• Guarantee safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met (Compliance & QA).
• Monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently.
