Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Program Manager to lead DoS facility services under the Consolidated Facility Services contract. This in-person role oversees contract performance, operations, staffing, compliance, and KPI/QASP reporting to ensure mission readiness.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in facilities or program management, TS clearance, and experience with Maximo CMMS, RCM, and federal programs, coordinating with COR and government stakeholders on-site in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience managing annual contracts in the $5–$10M range.
• Ability to lead in-person operations for DoS facilities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA and environmental compliance.
• Experience with KPI/AQL/QASP reporting and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Government and contract performance.
• Provide unified leadership across operations and maintenance functions.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance per CFS and RCM.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee Work Control and data integrity in CMMS (Maximo).
• Monitor KPIs, AQLs, and QASP compliance.
• Coordinate with COR and Government stakeholders on prioritization.
