Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Program Manager (Contract Manager) to lead the BOSS contract at Tinker Air Force Base. As the single point of contact, you will oversee engineering, maintenance, operations and quality management programs, ensuring performance objectives are met and contractual requirements are satisfied.

You will direct budgeting, planning, and scheduling, coordinate with the customer and subcontractors, and maintain documentation and reporting. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Architecture or Engineering.
• Certified professional (PE/RA/PMP/CFM) or equivalent.
• 10+ years facilities management with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract requirements are met and performance standards are achieved.
• Serve as primary contract POC with the Government for contract matters.
• Lead cost planning, budgeting and financial oversight for the contract.
• Direct maintenance, operations, engineering and QA activities under BOSS.
• Coordinate with customer, vendors, staff and management for continuous improvement.
