Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background Check required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance and repair.
• Quick learner, flexible, adaptable, proactive self-starter.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a team, independently, and under pressure.
• Exceptional time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain interior daily: hallways, program areas, staff offices, lavatories.
• Maintain exterior sidewalk daily; snow/ice removal; ensure safety.
• Empty trash, replace liners; restock towels, toilet paper, soap.
• Store garbage properly; place at curb per sanitation schedule.
• Perform minor repairs: replace bulbs, locks, and paint as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and prepare routine reports.
• Complete work orders and update logs after tasks.
