Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in the building.
• Repair leaky faucets, toilets, dispensers and clogged plumbing as needed.
• Wall cleaning, painting, plaster and drywall repairs as required.
• Repair and replace doors and windows as necessary.
• Perform basic electrical tasks within experience level.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance.
• Position is full-time and on-site.
