Performance Team in California is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for the Hesperia location. The role involves a range of skilled duties across building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to keep facilities safe and functional.

Emphasis on safety procedures and reliable daily performance is essential. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years’ experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to emergency maintenance requests in the building.
• Repair leaky faucets, toilets, dispensers and snake clogged plumbing when necessary.
• Wall cleaning, painting, plaster and drywall when necessary.
• Repair and replace doors and windows when necessary.
• Minimum electrical work, depending on experience.
• Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical tools and equipment such as power saws, power sanders, drills, air compressors, paint sprayers, and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skills.
• Position is full-time and on-site.
• Other duties may be assigned.
