Job summary

American Repair Maintenance is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform multi-trade work across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and more in commercial settings. The role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and involves traveling to client sites with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant trade certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certifications preferred.
• Ability to read assembly and blueprint drawings; operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and other trades.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress with supervisors and office staff.
• Travel to client sites and complete service tickets in a cost-conscious, timely manner.
• Be flexible and professional in scheduling, including on-call, overnight, and weekend work.
