Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general building maintenance experience.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.
• Knowledge of mechanical building construction for commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Completes basic building maintenance tasks or works with vendors on more complex tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical lighting, HVAC, and material handling equipment repairs.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment for distribution associates.
• Performs limited preventative maintenance inspections on assigned warehouse equipment assets and buildings.
• Delivers equipment status reports on open and closed maintenance work orders.
• Provides operational support for general warehouse duties.
• Assists with parts inventory management and reports maintenance problems to management.
• Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, and other powered equipment.
• Ensures hazardous materials are properly stored, managed, and maintained.
