Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on buildings and building systems requested by clients.
• Prioritizes daily activities and work order scheduling.
• Keeps management informed on progress and delays of maintenance work orders.
• Responds to emergencies as requested and may coordinate after-hours work activities.
• Inspects completed work for conformance with local building and safety codes.
• Assists Equipment Maintenance technicians on production line repairs, preventative maintenance, and upgrades.
• Installs highly technical mechanical equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Completes periodic maintenance following upkeep schedule.
• Troubleshoots issues with equipment and assists operators to return to production.
