Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations for a medical client on a Monday–Friday onsite day shift, with on-call rotation for essential coverage. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair building systems, and help ensure a safe, reliable environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, assisting with equipment installations, and reviewing work orders to track completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification OK.
• 1-2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to operate and maintain building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair routine issues and failures.
• Conduct routine inspections and document results.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and coordinate with systems to ensure completion.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient operation of systems.
